charming surprise
clean room perfect bed amazing shower easy access
the room was super clean. the beds were perfect! the shower was amazing. i also found the location to be ideal with easy access to transport.
The room's ventilator was a bit noisy. I had to use earplugs. it was a very slight issue though, everything else was great!

the building was really quiet, a big plus for me, i didn't hear anyone else . the apartment is very close to a supermarket, it is very convenient.

the hotel is near the centre and the bus stops. the apartment had an easy walk to shopping areas and a few pubs. it is also close to tram and train stations.

the apartment was fully equipped with tea and coffee for us. there were all utensils and kitchen gadgets. it was lovely to have those available.

the king suite was beautifully furnished and cosy. the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling. the shower had lovely fluffy towels.

convenient location excellent water pressure small room road noise
I found the location very convenient. The proximity to Haymarket Station allowed for quick transport. The shower had excellent water pressure, a notable feature.
The room was smaller than I expected. The description led me to believe it would be more spacious. Road noise was audible at night. This affected my sleep quality somewhat.

satisfactory stay
clean apartment great shower noisy ventilator sleep interruption
the apartment was super clean, which i loved. the bathroom was lovely, and the shower was great. alastair was a helpful host.
noisy ventilators were in every room, which i found really disruptive. i had to use earplugs to sleep, and my sleep was still interrupted. the ventilator was still quite noisy, even in the second room.

powerful shower convenient location
The bathroom included a powerful shower. The location was very convenient, a mere three-minute walk to the nearest tram stop. Access to the hotel was quite easy. I appreciated there was no need to manage physical keys.
The street outside generated some noise, especially with the trams passing by.

Excellent Stay
perfect location beautiful hotel quick trips
The location was perfect. I found fabulous places to eat nearby. The hotel is a beautiful period building with tasteful decoration and furnishings. The proximity to Haymarket Station made trips into the city center quick.
The room could have used a suitcase holder. I am not sure if I missed it though.

The host responded to all questions quickly. The staff was also very kind. They answered every question promptly. I felt very supported and all my needs were attended to quickly and efficiently.
